1. What is B2B Sales?

It is short for business-to-business sales. It refers to companies or salespeople who sell products and services directly to other businesses.

B2B sales differ from B2C sales in that B2B offerings usually have a higher price point, a longer sales cycle, and require multiple touch-points to close deals.


2. Tell me something about yourself.

I graduated with my degree in Electrical Engineering last year and immediately went to prepare for a competitive engineering exam.

I have spent the last 1 year developing my skills as a customer service associate for mega-companies including SARO Technology where I have won several awards and been promoted once.

That was a great experience.

I loved how every day was a bit different and I got to work with great people who had a lot to teach me about customer service.

Unfortunately, my last organisation has shut down for an uncertain time and my position was eliminated.

Although I liked my job, at that stage of my career, I realized I need to find a company where I see a long-term career path and I think this position would be a great fit with my skills and goals.


3.What are your goals?

Firstly, I would really like to enhance my skills and increase my knowledge and like to be recognized as an expert in this sector.

And then I would be looking forward to take more responsibilities which can take my career graph up where I become a decision maker through my sincerity, honesty and dedication.

4. How did you spend your yesterday?

Yesterday I woke up early in the morning around 7 Am then as usual I completed my daily activities like Brushing teeth, washing my face till 7:30 AM. After that I went to my kitchen to prepare breakfast. And I had my breakfast till 8:30 AM. Then I called my parents. We did video call for like 1 hour with all family members in the conference.

Then till evening I searched about companies and prepared for my interview. I went to park in front of my home then came back after 1 Hr.

I prepared my dinner and it was around 11:30 PM when I went to bed last night.


5. Define customer Service.

Customer Service is a toolset to ensure a customer's satisfaction with a brand. Customer Service helps to resolve a customer's questions and concerns relating to a product or service.

It refers to regular communication and taking care of the needs of the existing and future potential customers to reach customer satisfaction.


6. What are your Strengths and weaknesses?

Strength Story (Example) :

I’m an empathetic person who is skilled at relating to people and understanding their needs. At my last job in SARO Technology, I was working the support line and received a call from a disappointed customer who had been dropped from our service. While the company couldn’t find a solution for her, I walked her through other options she might have so she walked away with a positive interaction with the company.

I know the importance of a happy customer, and I'm willing to remain upbeat and solutions-oriented.
